Delete Your Oneshelf Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Oneshelf account and the data associated with it.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)

Open the Oneshelf app and sign in.
Go to the Profile → Settings screen.
Tap Delete Account.
We verify it’s you with a one-time code (OTP) sent to your registered number.
Your account is then scheduled for deletion and you are signed out.

You can change your mind. Your account stays recoverable for a grace period (about 15 days). Simply sign in again during that time to cancel the deletion — nothing is removed until the grace period ends.

Before you can delete

To protect your money and any orders in progress, deletion is paused until the following are cleared. The app tells you exactly what (if anything) applies to you:

Active subscriptions are cancelled.
Any unpaid subscription bill is settled.
Any bulk order with a paid advance (balance due) is completed or cancelled.
Any order in progress is delivered or cancelled.
Any wallet balance you topped up is refunded to your original payment method; promotional credit is forfeited.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us and we will process your request:

Include: the phone number registered with your account.

We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

What we keep (and why)
